Our Services

JH Mentoring provides practical, relationship-based NDIS supports across Adelaide and Greater Adelaide.

Our services can be delivered in the home, in the community, through group programs, or as part of

planned short term respite.

Support is tailored to each participant. Some people work with us to build independence and confidence.

Others need reliable support with daily routines, personal care, appointments, community access or

meaningful activities.

Practical Daily Support

Practical support with everyday life, routines, appointments, shopping, social connection and meaningful daily activities.

This may include support to structure the day, get out of the house, attend activities, complete daily tasks, participate in regular routines, or simply have consistent and respectful support in place.

Community Access

Support to access the community, attend appointments, go shopping, join activities, visit places of interest, meet others and participate in social or recreational opportunities.

Community access may be relaxed and companionship-based, or it may involve working toward goals such as social confidence, independence, transport skills, money handling, decision-making or community participation.

Personal Care

JH Mentoring can provide personal care support, including hygiene, manual handling and in-home personal support, where this is within the participant’s support needs, documented arrangements and our scope of service.

Personal care is planned carefully so staff understand the participant’s preferences, dignity, routine and support requirements.

Medication Support

JH Mentoring can provide medication support where this is included in the participant’s documented support arrangements, medication management plan, staff training and our scope of service.

Relevant information is gathered during intake so staff understand the participant’s support requirements and any important safety considerations.

Sunday Socials &
Social Groups

Our Sunday Socials and group programs provide structured social and community activities that support social confidence, peer relationships, community participation and fun with purpose.

Activities are planned with participant goals, support needs, risk considerations, staffing and individual preferences in mind.

Short Term Respite

JH Mentoring provides planned short term respite experiences that support participants to build independence, practise daily living skills, engage with peers, access the community and spend supported time away from regular routines.

Short term respite may include group experiences or 1:1 arrangements, depending on participant needs, funding, staffing and suitability.
