JH Mentoring is a registered NDIS provider supporting self-managed, plan-managed and NDIA-managed participants.
We provide practical daily support, community access, in-home support, 1:1 mentoring, social programs, personal care, short term respite and skill-building support across Adelaide and Greater Adelaide.

Out supports are warm and relationship-based, but they are also backed by structured intake, planning, team leader involvement and ongoing communication

Funding and Service Agreements
Participants may use relevant Core or Capacity Building funding depending on their plan, goals and support arrangements.
We can work with participants, families and support coordinators to understand how JH Mentoring
supports may align with the participant’s goals, funding categories and service agreement.
Collaboration
Where appropriate and with consent, JH Mentoring can communicate with families, guardians, support
coordinators, behaviour practitioners, allied health professionals and other relevant supports.
This helps ensure supports are consistent, informed and aligned with the participant’s goals and needs.
